Parents pay from home by UPI, card or net banking, and the receipt is sent automatically. Part payments and advances are tracked for you.

Fee structures in Scholva: annual fee plans per grade with billable amount, collected, outstanding and live or draft status.

Flexible fee structures

Combine tuition, transport, hostel and lab fees any way you need, per grade or per student. Change a plan once and every affected family is updated.

Instalments

Split fees into monthly, quarterly or custom instalments. Reminders go out before each due date, so the office is not the collection agent.

Reconciliation
